- We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days.
- If you are unhappy with your order please contact us at email@example.com. Let’s figure out what it will take to make you happy and take it from there. Give us a chance to regain your business.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Undamaged returns will be credited for the purchase amount.
- In the rare event of a defective product, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. We will arrange replacement or refund.
- For exchanges, simply contact us, tell us what items you would like to order instead, and we will ship you them asap upon the arrival of the item you’d like to exchange.
